Research by Fernanda Delgado and co-authors presented at the XV Meeting of Food Chemistry

Fernanda Delgado, under the Project “Valorization of seeds of Cistus” integrated in the Integrated Program in IC&DT Cultivar presented the communication “Ancient food ingredient revisited: seeds from Cistus ladanifer” (authors: David Franco Frazão, Fátima Peres, António Moitinho Rodrigues, Luísa Paulo, Mafalda Resende, Celina Barroca, Fernanda Delgado) at the XV Meeting of Food Chemistry: Strategies for Excellence,  Authenticity, Safety and Food Sustainability, which took place in Funchal from 5 to 8 September 2021.
