We are recruiting volunteers for two clinical nutritional studies for the incorporation of strawberry tree or chestnut in the diet and to know the effect on health and intestinal microbiota.
This work is in collaboration with NOVA Medical School – Faculty of Medical Sciences under the F4F project – Forest For Future and Cultivar, both funded by Centro2020.
