As a result of the partnership of the Plant Biotechnology Center of Beira Interior with the Ciência Viva and the Municipality of Fundão and in the framework of the training actions of the Coop4pam and Cultivar projects, the first thematic workshop “Aromatic and medicinal plants: know and use” of the first Quinta Ciência Viva in Portugal was held on July 31, 2021 (Alcongosta, Fundão).
With about 50 participants, Prof. Fernanda Delgado addressed aspects related to this wonderful world of aromatic plants and there was the opportunity to get to know them better, feel their aroma, plant them, taste very special infusions and very fresh waters flavored with hydrolates from the company Essential Oil Naturalness.
